The Library occupies the most noble and vast of all the rooms in the National Palace of Mafra. It is one of the most important European libraries, with a collection of about 36,000 volumes, from the 15th to the 19th century, covering diverse topics such as Religion, History, Geography, Medicine and Art, among others. The rich collection includes rare works from the 15th century, several Bibles or the first Encyclopedia. Also, noteworthy is a set of about a thousand banned books.

Beatriz Costa was born on December 14, 1907, in Charneca do Milharado, in Casal Barreiro, in the municipality of Mafra. In recognition of her love for her land, this museum brings together personal objects, doll collections, letters, travel memories, and a documentary that can be seen on video.

Convent built by Dom João, in 1711, having as main architect Frederico Ludovice. It is the most luxurious national convent, proof of the richest reign in the country's history. It is of Johannine Baroque style and is inspired by the Spanish model of S. Lourenço of Escorial. It has three distinct elements, the Royal Palace, the convent and the Basilica. The facade is flanked by two large turrets, finding themselves at the Centre the Basilica, flanked by two bell towers. Located in the Historic Center of Ponte de Lima, close to one of the main entrances to the town's wall, it was transferred to this location in 1929. The Renaissance style and execution are attributed to the famous Limiano Master João Lopes, o Moço.

The Portuguese Toy Museum is located in Casa do Arnado, on the right bank of the Lima River, next to the Roman bridge. It features a permanent exhibition of toys of Portuguese origin, dating from the end of the 19th century and extending until 1986. You can also appreciate the different manufacturing techniques and raw materials used in their design. Do not leave without going through the magnificent garden to the "Sala das Brincadeiras" and the "Oficina do Brinquedo", as well as the space dedicated to temporary exhibitions.

Created in the 70s after the restoration works of the Mother Church, it gathers, preserves and exhibits part of the collection of religious art existing in Ponte de Lima. The permanent exhibition features collections of paintings and jewelry, in addition to many 18th century sculptures, with an emphasis on some pieces from the medieval period.

Late Gothic church that succeeded an even older one and grew from just one nave to three. Inside, the highlight goes to the Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição, which belonged to the Solar de Bertiandos.
