Of the Romanesque construction of this important monastic church, first by the Canons Regular and later by the Dominicans, we can only point out the structure of the chancel, where the rose window stands out. All the rest of the monastic set, valuable for its artistic capital and for its local and regional influence, is the work of the Modern Period. We highlight the Baroque interventions that reveal a period of space revitalization in the 17th and 18th centuries.

This is a church from the 1500s that was completely rebuilt during the 18th century. Planned by Nasoni, it features a sober construction with the portal ended by an outstanding arch. The façade is sided by a bell tower. The south tower has a belfry that was added on the second half of the 19th century. Worthy of notice are the lateral doors of the main chapel.

This Gothic temple has a longitudinal plan with a nave, a narrower chancel, and attached sacristy, bell tower, and belfry. It features lateral buttresses, a decorated cornice, and a small porch on the south facade. What distinguishes this church are the 16th-century Mudéjar ceilings, which employ stylized geometric and vegetal decorative themes.

Building used as a jail until the fifties of the twentieth century. On the ground floor, work cells, being the Windows protected by bars of iron. On the top floor, worked until 1956, Castro Verde elementary school.

Located in the heart of the city's historic center and housed in a building that served as a jail for many years, this museum opened in 2001. It features an exhibition focusing on local ethnography and some temporary exhibits. It also features an auditorium.

This church has one only nave with a main chapel and sacristy. The main façade has a portico finished by a curved pediment interrupted by a niche. The ceiling on the main chapel stands out due to the decoration with paintings in coffer and to the magnificent gold carving on the main altar and on the lateral altars.
