Forest in which stone pine, mimosas and alders predominate and where there is a picnic area next to the river with granite tables and chairs. In this place there is an artificial cave right below the Chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Location offering a panoramic view over the village of Pragança and much of the municipality of Cadaval, as well as the surrounding agricultural fields.

This small viewpoint offers a magnificent view over the entire region. On clear days, you can see the sea and the Aveiro estuary.

In this space, on the bank of the Vouga River, two water mills and two dams stand out. It has tables, benches and a barbecue.

This viewpoint, located on Santa Bárbara Hill, allows you to observe the landscape of the entire surrounding region, namely the village of Oliveira de Frades, the village of Souto de Lafões and some villages spread across the mountainside that already belong to the neighboring municipality of Vouzela.

This viewpoint is located at the top of Monte de Cadafaz, and to get there you have to climb a granite staircase. At the top, there is a small sanctuary with an image of Our Lady of Sorrow and in the middle of the staircase there is a granite cross. The landscape is magnificent, and you can see a large part of the mountain with the various towns spread across the hillside and, in the background, the Serra de Montemuro.

This park, considered one of the largest forest reserves in the country, offers, in addition to the vast trees, a picnic area with stone tables and benches. A perfect place to cool off in the summer or spend a beautiful afternoon with the family.
