At the Portela of the former, located north of the village of Penedones, there are three shallow granite outcrops, where they identify sets of anthropomorphic graves, his head perfectly defined and narrow for my feet. One of the outcrops is located next to a post of high voltage and recognizes three adjoining graves. This church has one only nave with a bell ringer tower and it construction started in 1745. Here we ought to mention the altars, the baptismal font in grey and white marble and the main altar with classic outline.

The church has a façade flanked by bell ringer towers, triangular gables, the nave is in vault shape and the main chapel is covered by a dome. The inside has a rectangular plan and it is covered with glazed tiles panels within the type “carpet”. The baptismal chapel is wrapped with the same glazed tiles used on the church nave body.

Traces of a probable ancient settlement, located to the West of the village of Peireses, at Carigo. Here was found some ceramic material of Roman chronology (tegullae). The land in question is not grown for some time now, what prevents a better visibility. On the way corridor private land near a water reservoir were also prevalent ceramic fragments from the same typology.

It is believed that this location, known as Fraga of the Cat and located north of the village of Walls, about 1100 meters above sea level, is an ancient settlement. It is a small elevation in the middle of the plateau of Mourela, where several ceramic fragments were found consistent with ancient occupation of the site. Structural alignments are visible, apparent and in some branch points in the boulders. Northwest side are still two large walls, about two meters wide, spaced about twenty meters. This is just a grave, easily identifiable, along with other evidence that may have been other graves. Is fully excavated in the rock, in a quite location schistose destroyed by agricultural work. Features an anthropomorphic format, noting a small circular hole near the feet, noticeably artificial. In the surrounding area there are large holes that people interpret as exploitation of tungsten mines.

This temple with one only nave, presents on its main chapel, some frescoes worthy to mention.
