Depois do sucesso do restaurante Paladares da Quinta, a Quinta de Santa Bárbara, situada numa área calma da freguesia do Rosário, concelho de Lagoa, em São Miguel, aposta agora apostar também numa oferta de alojamento. São sete apartamentos turísticos de quatro estrelas, seis deles T1 e um T2. A decoração é minimalista e moderna e é complementada por uma piscina exterior, sala de fitness, sauna, banho turco e sala de massagens. O projeto engloba ainda a disponibilização de uma sala de jogos com snooker e de uma biblioteca. É possível caminhar pelo jardim e pelo pomar, visitar e participar nas hortas, fazer churrascos e passeios de bicicleta.
