Fonte Cuisine

For many years, had the name Hocus Pocus. Was started, so pioneer, as a hotel restaurant open to the local community of Pico-Aldeia da Fonte Hotel's restaurant. Thus raised local Prestige being the Chinese food Buffet every Friday night and the Flavors of the world from Buffet lunches on Sunday one point almost mandatory frequency. In a perspective of continuous improvement, the Source now launches a new Cuisine menu which designated "New Azorean Cuisine". It is intended with this bet to invest in a kitchen of author that reconciles the new culinary techniques with the flavors\/traditional products in the Azores. In addition to the main restaurant the Fountain Cuisine offers a large terrace situated among the gardens of the hotel providing special moments of leisure.
