The Old House
Um país imenso como a China não tem apenas uma gastronomia, mas várias. Uma delas é a da província de Sichuan, um dos últimos bastiões dos tradicionais sabores chineses. Conhecida pelos pratos picantes, a gastronomia desta região é considerada a mais explosiva da China. Muito procurado por cidadãos e descendentes chineses, o The Old House tem uma equipa de cozinheiros vindos diretamente de Sichuan, mestres no uso dos sabores autênticos da região: amendoim, gengibre, cebola e malagueta, muita malagueta! 95% dos pratos do menu são originais de Sichuan, mas há espaço para algumas sugestões mais conhecidas da maioria das pessoas, como o bife de pimenta, os agridoces e até o bacalhau assado.
