Holmes Place
Besides being the biggest Club and having the largest area of exercise with natural light of Lisbon, this healthclub is also headquarters of the Training Academy of the Holmes Place gym, fitness training with two studios of practical training and theoretical. With three floors and 5,000 m2 area, has a gym of 700 m2 prepared for cardiovascular activity and weight training, custom tracking, and swimming pool, among other facilities Zensations clinic.
