Há muito mais pratos de caracóis do que os tradicionais, com orégãos, alho, azeite, louro e picante. Há as variações da receita original e há também as criações do Apolo 78, que demonstram que o céu é o limite, no que ao caracol diz respeito. Na carta, nesta altura do ano, há caracóis confecionados de forma tradicional, a €5,50, o prato, e a €4,50, o pires. Depois há sempre à Bulhão Pato, por €8,50 e por encomenda uma série de iguarias exclusivas da casa. O pastel de nata com caracol, a €1,50, é uma das novidades, bem como a empada de caracol, com cada unidade a custar €1,70. E se pensa já ter visto tudo, deixe-se tentar pelo improvável bombom de chocolate, feito com doce de ginja e, claro, caracol por €1,20.
