Torre das Águias

This fortified rural solar has a square plan, finished with cutted merlons and was constructed under the Kingdom of D. Manuel. The main façade is displayed in three levels, the first is marked by the portico bay and the rest of the levels are marked by two rectangular windows. On the inside, the ground floor is a vast salon, covered with a vault divided in three branches with ribbed arches; the first floor has the Noble Room covered with a vault with ribbed arches and adjacent divisions. The others floors are covered with domes.
