Com quase 40 anos de experiência, baseia o serviço nas doses fartas a preços convidativos. Muitas das receitas são originais, ou seja, há produtos regionais confecionados com pequenos truques que se transmitiram de uns para os outros ao longo dos anos. Incontornável é a Posta de vitela, bem como o Naco à Maleiro, mas para uma experiência única nada como experimentar o Galo assado no forno.
