Inaugurated in July 2008, the doors of the sea are a modern space and very excited, which resulted in the refurbishment of the seafront of Ponta Delgada. In the area of leisure and commerce will be able to find a ferry terminal, a recreational marina, a swimming pool, a parking lot, an amphitheatre and a pavilion of the sea.
