O Ti Domingos, no Meco em Sesimbra, é um daqueles casos raros de um restaurante que não tem ementa, não tem serviço à mesa nem preços afixados, mas que mesmo assim está habitualmente cheio no verão e ninguém se queixa desta forma pouco habitual de trabalhar. O cliente quando chega é convidado a por a toalha na mesa, os pratos e os copos e a sentar-se e esperar que alguma coisa saia da cozinha. O Sr. Domingos, cada vez que algo está pronto, grita do balcão que há caracóis, lambejinha, ameijoas, mexilhão, enguias ou choco frito, e quem queira levanta-se e vai buscar. Só se lamenta não estar, no tempo frio, aberto durante a semana.
