Cascata de Leonte

The parish of Vilar da veiga, right in the Peneda-Gerês Natural Park (on the southernmost sid of the Gerês) is extremely rich in its natural resources (belvederes, rocky formations and waterfalls). Located in Leonte, at an altitude of 872 metres, the waterfall that falls from on high is quite beautiful in winter and in spring.
