The restaurant Tea with salt water, on the beach of Manta Rota, is an architectural and gastronomic worship space, renovated and it reopened with a larger area of the Esplanade. A reference of the contemporary Portuguese bathing architecture with unique environments of different characteristics: the dining space that extends outwards towards the sea, covered by wooden battens, and the Esplanade around the same battens. Seaward and the Ria Formosa Natural Park, offers a cuisine that meets Portuguese cuisine tradition and respects the Algarve regional products, with the signature of chef Marco Jacob. A modern and relaxing space, where you can experience unique and original meals next to the sea.
