O Lagar
An ancient oil press today gave place to a Museum and restaurant in an environment surrounded by greenery. Inserted in Heredad del Regato, the winepress restaurant serves typical cuisine of the region of Beira Baixa, cooked in a wood-burning oven.
The environment, which dates back to ages past, whose brands were preserved in the recovery room, combines a sophisticated contemporary past.
Octopus to the mill owner, olive oil drizzled bacalhoada traditional sausages are the delight of lovers of good traditional table.
