Foz do Rio Paiva
The Paiva river is born in the Nave Mountain, in Moiimenta da Beira, and ends in the Douro river, in Castelo de Paiva. It was considered, just a few years ago, the less polluted river in Europe and the trouts still go there to lay their eggs. It is good for practising "hydrospeed" and other water sports.
