Alkimia Madeirense
Com fortes influências madeirenses, este espaço não se baseia apenas nos pratos típicos da ilha da madeira, como também na cozinha de fusão à nossa tão rica cozinha portuguesa, mais propriamente alentejana. As alternativas passam por diversos pratos de carne, peixe, saladas entre outras, apresentando uma diversidade de espetadas de peixe e carne com sabores tão próprios, não podendo ficar esquecido as tão afamadas sobremesas. Ainda pode encontrar os verdadeiros sabores da ilha da madeira como o bolo do caco "pão típico madeirense", a espetada típica de vitela, os filetes de peixe espada preto com banana e maracujá, às ponchas e entre outras, visto ser uma região com um grande acento gastronómico.
