The Semarkinhas is a villa with three bedrooms located in the douro Valley with views of the pool and the surrounding countryside. The Villa is composed of a bedroom with double bed, with a splendid view over the Douro River and two double rooms with single beds (twin), two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Has a minimum stay of 7 nights.

You will have the opportunity to experience the culture, the scenery and the history of this wonderful region, well known for the richness it has shown since the foundation of Portugal. The famous Portuguese writer Miguel Torga described the Douro region as “an excess of beauty”.

The hoist House integrates a set of farmhouses recovered for Rural tourism. This House consists of a room with bathroom, living room and kitchen, in addition to television, games, stereo, two libraries and croquet field. The exterior has a vast landscaped terrain and has BBQ place. Upon arrival, the visitor is received with a MIME: bread, home-made jams, drinks, fruit, butter and cheese.

The mound of Cuca, situated about 1 km from the village of Pavia, fits a tourist circuit with numerous attractions, who join the activities possible in thirteen acres outside the House. The fourteen rooms are decorated modernly and light to provide a feeling of comfort and tranquility. The pool is perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
