Armamar

Armamar is located in the Douro region, an area marked by picturesque villages, terraced vineyards (where Douro wines are grown and produced, including the famous Port wine), and apple orchards dotting the landscape. Be sure to appreciate the beautiful landscape from the São Domingos Viewpoint, Mizarela Viewpoint, São Lourenço Viewpoint, Senhora da Graça Viewpoint, and Senhora da Saúde Viewpoint. Armamar goat is the region's main dish, along with pumpkin stew, broad beans with chorizo, and Vila Nova cheese.
