An old olive oil press, restored using traditional techniques and materials, has now been adapted into a museum. It is dedicated to the bread-making cycle, from sowing to baking. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the MET hosts temporary exhibitions.

Set with a U-shaped plan, consisting of three bodies: the house with a square plan and a rectangular body with two floors that in its half incorporates the chapel. Inside the chapel, the highlight is the three-sided wooden ceiling decorated with coffers.

Terenho's House is a building of 19TH-century rural architecture, built in granite and wood, having been restored and modernized. It is located at the entrance to the village of Terrenho, half-slope and in front of the albufeira do rio Teja, where you can go fishing and canoeing.
