The interpretive center of the Archaeological Park of Terva works as gateway of the Archaeological Park of Terva. At this location visitors can collect the information that the Orient on the tour and, at the same time, visit the permanent exhibition that portrays the characteristics and history of the territory.

It is believed that the waters of these hot springs have been known since prehistoric times, having been explored by the Romans. They are especially recommended for the treatment of rhinitis and sinusitis, psoriasis, and lower back pain due to lumbar spondyloarthritis.

It features a permanent collection of oil paintings, about a thousand charcoal drawings and notes by the painter Pedro Cruz, ranging from his time in Paris (1906-1910) until the date of his death in January 1980.

At this nucleus you may admire a classroom from the 1950’s/60’s, with all the elements and materials used at the time, from the wood writing-desks to the old school books, blackboard and maps, among others.

The Foundation Pedro Ruivo gets its name from a culture director who devoted his time, knowledge and experience to music. Its purpose is to help young people who are musically gifted and to promote music.

With traces of prehistoric cave paintings and engravings of the Upper Paleolithic and Neolithic times. The human occupation of the site followed, having served as a residence and community plot, with traces of occupation since the Middle Paleolithic. Is classified as a national monument.

18TH century Church, which has an altar (Altar of souls), composed of gilded Baroque altarpiece, from the time of Dom João V, stone images of Dence, 15th century and Saint Margaret and Saint Sebastian.

Building constructed in the 17th century, regarded as an example of the traditional architecture of Alentejo. Function was to accommodate the regiments of cavalry and infantry, installed in Moura, at the time of the wars of the restoration. The chiaroscuro effect formed by the arches and the rhythm of the row of chimneys.

Temple of Romanesque origin, altered in later times. The portico is made of archivolts based on columns with carved capitals. Inside, a sculpture from the 15th century and two paintings on wood from the 16th century stand out.
