Former residence of archbishops, Palácio da Mitra or Palácio dos Arcebispos is a 16th-century building in the shape of a "u", which features typical Portuguese tiles in the rooms, also characterized by the thematic decoration of the time (representations of rural scenes, seasons or cooking). The church was completely rebuilt in the 16th century. The statues that decorate the interior rooms of the palace are from this period, as well as the monumental fountain, in Baroque style.

This environmental education centre, located in the Natural Park of Ria Formosa, provides all the information about this park, in addition to release additional environmental oriented entities. Here we can visit exhibitions, attend workshops and show movies.

Chiesa Madre (mother church) of longitudinal plant consisting of a ship with high choir, a slightly narrower chancel and adossados, a sacristy and an attachment. It was built in the 17th century and rebuilt in the 18th century, showing features of Mannerist, Baroque and Rococo architecture.

Manueline window from the beginning of the XVI century, originally from the Quinta do Castelo and reused during the works of the casa dos Pereiras in 1950’s. This window is characterized for its decorative richness that shows the influence of the Italian renaissance.

This is a megalithic tumulus with big dimensions with about 20 metres of diameter and three metres high rather damaged. It does not show any signal of a megalithic chamber and the burial were possibly done in big open ditches in the base grit.

Urban Villa built in style "floor", showing features of Baroque and neoclassical architecture. It has two floors and attic, highlighting the piano nobile only by fenestration. The classification includes the patio, with typically Baroque motifs and neoclassical Interior paintings.

This building was constructed in the XVIII century, it has two floors and the plan is in “U”. It shows a big farmyard limited by a gate with pinnacles. It is worth to mention the door stonework with a broken pediment and the rest of the paintings on the wall in the main floor. It is rather deteriorate.
