Route between Ribeira Grande and Vale das Lombadas, passing through the Ribeira Grande Caldeiras, the Salto do Cabrito waterfall and the Fajã do Redondo Dam. Along the way you will be able to see magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, until you reach Lombadas, where you can enjoy the famous mineral water spring.

Operating as a house museum since 1990, the highlights include the painting collection of Fernando Namora and other artists, his office collection, and a collection of manuscripts, original notes, galley proofs, published books, and annotations. You can also see some personal objects and cards, as well as a vast library with works by this and other Portuguese and international authors.

This viewpoint is located at the top of Monte de Cadafaz, and to get there you have to climb a granite staircase. At the top, there is a small sanctuary with an image of Our Lady of Sorrow and in the middle of the staircase there is a granite cross. The landscape is magnificent, and you can see a large part of the mountain with the various towns spread across the hillside and, in the background, the Serra de Montemuro.

This is one of the Euro 2004 stadiums that was not built from scratch, but had remodeling works. Thus, the stadium's capacity increased from 11,000 seats to 23,000 seats, in three new covered stands, with the support infrastructure below them. Designed by the architect Tomás Taveira, the stadium has an undulating roof that allows you to see the imposing Castle of Leiria.

Installed in the former whale factory of Armações Baleeiras Reunidas, this museum presents a permanent exhibition explaining the work carried out in the factory, namely the process of transforming the whale and the instruments and machinery used. In the blacksmith's workshop, you can see pieces such as harpoons and other materials used in whaling, and also watch them being worked on by artisans.

Dating from the late 18th century, it is a really nice place, perhaps the most beautiful of the region. The rooms are majestic, especially the Archbishop's room, where you can sleep in a four-poster bed Dom João V in lignum vitae. In the other four rooms can see various pieces of family. Breakfast is thought to detail.

Although the primitive temple already existed in 1380, the current church would only be ready in 1587, after work began in 1572. In the 18th century it was restored. In it, you can see 18th century tiles, representing the mysteries of Christ and Our Lady, six side chapels with statuary value. On the main altar is the altarpiece of Our Lady of the Annunciation.

Crossroads cruise probably built in the 15th or 16th century, dating back to the 19TH century shrine. The cruise consists of a pedestal box, a circular shaft, a spherical capital and a Latin cross. The shrines have a range from downed arch flanked by Tuscan pilasters, with cornice topped by a shell where you see a panel of Christ crucified.

It was in the course of an urban reorganization process, in the late 18th century that these Steps were built by the military engineer José Álvares de Barros. Inside you can see a brutal white marble staircase and black, plus rooms with ceilings painted. The tiles from the Factory Widow Lamego representative of the battle of Montes Claros is 20TH century.

Difficult visibility megalithic monument, located about a kilometre east of Padornelos, along a path that connects the road that leads to a planed tea Larouco. Presents a "tumuli" about 13 meters in diameter and more than 1.5 meters high, with a central depression, where you can see just a mainstay. Next to the mound there is a small patch of pine.
