A chapel of harmonious proportions, built on the site where, according to tradition, the Virgin Mary appeared in 1410. Inside, 18th-century tile panels narrate the history of the sanctuary. The quality and iconographic value of these ceramic panels deserve special attention.

This carved into the rock lagareta consists of two sinks, a rectangle connected to another circular in plan. Near this site there is a grave in a poor state of conservation where, according to popular tradition, the oldest was erected the Church of Vila Chã de Sá.

The site of Community interest of the tip of the castle is also classified as a special area of conservation, comprising an area of 153 hectares on land and 164 acres in sea. Reaches maximum attitude to 310 metres and, at sea, a maximum depth of 30 meters.

River Beach frequented primarily by the inhabitants of Barreiro. On this site are the traditional windmills do Barreiro (Giant windmill, Windmill wind mill East and West), which once fed with flour ovens of the largest biscuit production plant in the country.

A very lovely beach, located on the foothills of the Arrábida mountain. It has a small rocky island that is excellent for diving. Nearby, there is the Creiro archaeological site that features the ruins of a roman compound that was once used for salting the fish. It has quality restaurants.

The sign outside says it all: "the Eurico, Casa de Pasto, fish and fresh meat gralhados in coal". This site, which begins to be known by tourists, seduces the environment and decor well. Has a small grocery store with fresh products.

The earliest occupation of this site possibly dates back to pre-Roman, Roman or Muslim times, and it was later rebuilt in 1139. It has an irregular oval layout, with a square keep, three levels, straight arrow slits and a pointed arch doorway.

Located in the "junta de freguesia" de Idães, the library is a good place for reading books, magazines or newspapers, to take books home, to watch movies and to listen to CDs. It has free internet service and educational and leisure activities such as exhibitions, conferences and meetings with writers.

Adapted to casa de turismo de habitação, Quinta do Monteverde, has three rooms and a suite in the main building and three independent houses (cottages) and two apartments, one in the House do Mirante (former home of the homemade) and another in the House of the Terrace.

Located in the city of Évora, the Quinta do Xarrama is a place where the home is the watchword. Offers, however, conditions for the practice of activities such as hiking and cycling. Three of the rooms have air conditioning. In the lounge you can enjoy the warmth of a fireplace, in the coldest days of winter.
