Although it opened in 1988, with the presence of the then President of the Republic Mário Soares, this mall asserts itself even today as a modern building of daring architecture, with approximately 50 shops spread out over 3 floors, underground Park, an Office Tower and several leisure venues.

A mall with three floors and a commercial area of 9529 m2. The building was constructed with a commercial part and a residencial part. It has 101 shops and it is located in the centre of town. It is open from 9 am to midnight. It has no hypermarkets notr any supermarkets. It has restaurants and cinemas.

It opened recently also as a rural hotel, in the agricultural facilities of an old farm. Crossed by the Liz river, with a pleasant garden, a terrace and a pool, it is xcellent for spending peaceful and pleasant afternoons. It features two menus: a fixed traditional Portuguese menu and a creative/modern menu that varies.

This restaurant re-opened recently, after undergoing works supervised by IPPAR, since it is one of the few Art Nouveau building in downtown Lisbon. The tiles show its age and even though it is not really a milk shop anymore it still serves "queijadas de Sintra".

Nosolo Italia at Portimao was the first open house by the group in 1982, and marked the difference between Portuguese and passing tourists for Portimão. Its huge bowls of ice cream genuinely Italian early began to freshen up the days and warm evenings typical Algarvian summer.

Auditorium opened in 2003, with a capacity of 443 people. The building is owned by Cooperative Cultural Beach, whose chairmanship is assumed by the City Council.
