Classified as a Property of Public Interest in 1977, Ranhados Castle sits on a hill overlooking the village of the same name, approximately 838 meters above sea level. Archaeological evidence attests to the existence of a protohistoric fortified settlement, later Romanized. The light enters through Windows that are at the level of the high altar and illuminate the entire ship. Inside stands the wooden altarpiece revival of Mannerist structure. Seventeenth-century chapel which originally belonged to a group of buildings of the Oratory of Saint Catherine, designed by Fr. Andrew of San Bernardino. The façade has straighter Dick portal surmounted by high window of appliance rusticated and finished in triangular pediment and a small bell. Inside, the gilded altars, a pulpit from the 17th century, and a few pieces of eighteenth-century imaginary.
