The campsite Cork oak, located in the municipality which gives it the name, is four kilometres from the town of Mafra and Ericeira's six. Founded in 1986 the gelateria painted is one of the most typical of Costa da Caparica. The hoist House integrates a set of farmhouses recovered for Rural tourism. This House consists of a room with bathroom, living room and kitchen, in addition to television, games, stereo, two libraries and croquet field. The exterior has a vast landscaped terrain and has BBQ place. Upon arrival, the visitor is received with a MIME: bread, home-made jams, drinks, fruit, butter and cheese.

The campsite tree, located in Vila do Conde, right on the seafront and close to the beach of the tree, has modern infrastructure and in excellent condition, in order to provide pleasant leisure time campers, in complete harmony with nature. Here you will have opportunity to practice numerous activities and water sports. Alternatively we suggest a walk in the Centre of Vila do Conde, the aqueduct and the Home of the square.

Route which starts descending towards the sea by a route that crosses the culture landscape of vineyards, a Unesco World Heritage site, until the Lajido. Here it is worth visiting the Museum and also observe the various geological formations existing in the site. The path continues then uphill, passing through the Furnace of Friars ending in the Church of Santa Luzia.

This is one of the small villages of the Natural Park of the Estrela Mountain, at an altitude of 580 metres. Most of its inhabitants are farmers these days, even though the culture of linen used to be an activity until quite recently. The houses are made of granite, which is an architectural feature of this region. Nearby, one may visit the Caldeirão dam or practise mountaineering.

The project of an artificial tropical forest began in 1910. The Greenhouse opened in 1930 and has four spaces: three greenhouses and a walking area by the lake. It has vast tropical flora, with exotic species from the five continents. The decorative ambience has small grottos, statues, staircases and fountains. A very romantic place that deserves a visit.

The Rio Alto camping, situated nearby the beach of Apulia, is a space where you can benefit from direct contact with nature. Here you have the possibility of leisure and sporting activities, especially water sports. As an alternative, we suggest a visit to the Proto-historic Settlement Terroso and the fortress of Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
