A space that belongs to the Quinta da Ferraria (Ferraria Farm), created in the year 2000, even though the Farm exists since the 20th century. It is devoted to the upbringing, buying and selling Lusitana horses in an estate of 100 hectares.

Cottage IV is the largest of the Palheiros do Castelo set. It develops on two floors, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living room with kitchenette. It can accommodate people with reduced mobility (there is an extra bed on the ground floor and wc).
