O topo do edifício, de entrada livre, oferece uma vista previligiada sobre as dunas e a Igreja Matriz da Costa Nova. O espaço está preparado para a realização de espetáculos, seminários, eventos corporativos e sociais, palestras, conferências, ações de formação, catering e reuniões. A sala de espetáculos tem capacidade para 200 pessoas sentadas ou 350 pessoas em pé. Existe ainda uma cafetaria com terraço exterior e duas salas multiusos.
