Right next to the Centre of Boticas lies a leafy garden, with bucolic corners and spaces of rest. The name of this public garden comes from the fact that occupy part of the former space of the fair where it was the cattle.

A small stone lookout point with a few benches offers a magnificent view of the region, characterized by the Alva River and the cluster of houses that spread from the top of a hill, where the castle stands, to the river banks.

From this vantage point it is possible to see the whole of the Monchique urban area, including church towers, the old nunnery, the municipal swimming pools, the urban park and also the town centre's surrounding area.

Corridor funerary dolmen made up of five granite supports with a slight inclination that support the hat, a chamber and a door that separates this structure from the corridor, where some stones can still be seen.

Chapel dating from the last quarter of the 16th century, having undergone several reforms in the following centuries. Presents a longitudinal plan consists of a nave and a chancel and, inside, wooden ceiling and barrel vault.

This castle was built by King Dinis between the 13th and 14th centuries. Some of the walls that surrounded the old town remain from the original construction. The area where the wall existed is currently occupied by housing.

It must have been the first public fountain of the city, benefiting from the excellent waters of the Alfama slope. It was rebuilt for the last time in the XVIII century and the house addorsed is a mixture of colours, materials and styles.

Set of rock carvings dating from the period between the Neolithic and the Bronze age. Some of these engravings are submerged, due to having been found only a few years before the completion of the dam of Fratel.

13TH century building also known as Dona Loba. The name comes from the Wolf dog zoomórfico situated on the entrance. It is a building of Romanesque root with two floors. The Windows are of the crosshead and decorated by balls.

This building, which façade is made of diamond shaped stones, is quite unique. Its construction is from the beginning of the XVI century, inspired in two Italian palaces: the Diamond Palace (Ferrara) and the Bevilacqua (Bologna).
