Art Nouveau building located in the central channel of the ria de Aveiro. It was built by Mario Belmonte Person, being the project developed by architects Francisco Augusto da Silva Rocha and Ernesto Korrodi. Currently, it houses the Art Museum.

The date of construction of this building is not known, however, it is known that, in 1862, was here founded the College of our Lady of Agony. After House other schools settled here the Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo, which still works.

House built in the early 19th century by the vicomte de Tinalhas. Presents a simple rectangular plan with two floors and a main facade with colossal apilastrados corners, torn by a central portal. In the 20th century, the interior was scaled and adapted apartments.

16th century Manor of Baroque and neoclassical architecture. Consists of a U-shaped plan with a chapel located near, surrounded by a wall. In the interior, especially the 19th century panoramic wallpapers. Currently, works here a unit of Turismo de Habitação.
