The urban park of the Ul, green space occupying an area equivalent to 30 football fields, is a modern and functional place of walk and recreation of the inhabitants of São João da Madeira and its visitors. Located in the city centre, the Park was designed by architect Sidónio Pardal and is characterized by the surrounding walls in granite and by a tree-lined interior that meanders the river Ul. It is a large space that invites to long walks or strolls in family through the freshness of the river and dams that were built there.

This garden, designed by architect Sidónio Pardal, is one of the main green spaces of São João da Madeira. Very well taken care of and pleasant, runs parallel to the Avenida da Liberdade and extends from the building of the town hall to the place of the bridge, reaching the river Ul and their margins. The garden connects the urban park installed along the Valley traversed by the same river.

Localizado no antigo campo de futebol da Associação Desportiva de Lousada, este parque é composto por um sistema de verde contínuo com existência de maciços e pontuações arbóreas, manchas e cobertos arbustivos e herbáceo, uma zona de Cafetaria/Restauração com esplanadas, Posto de Turismo e equipamentos infantis e geriátricos.

Espaço verde urbano com 27 hectares, situado no centro da cidade de Vila Nova de Famalicão. É um local privilegiado de contacto com a natureza, lazer, convívio e desporto. O rio Pelhe, que atravessa o parque em toda a sua extensão, contribui para a sua beleza. Propicia ainda cultura e a educação, vertentes para as quais contribuem os edifícios aí implantados, a Casa do Território, o Anfiteatro e os Serviços Educativos.
