The health resort of Carvalhelhos consists of two sources of thermal water Buvet, a locker room and a Tavern. Deployed to 800 meters of altitude, its waters are particularly suitable for the treatment of skin diseases, kidneys, intestines, liver, allergic diseases and Detox.

This viewpoint offers fantastic views of the green hills around, having the Ocean as a backdrop.

Formerly designated forest reserve of Fazenda de Santa Cruz, located about 250 meters of altitude. With about three hectares, is intended to repopulate and maintain populations of trout of six ponds and eight streams of the island. It also has a variety of exotic birds, as well as several species of trees and shrubs.

This viewpoint offers privileged views over the closest rural nuclei, with the Ocean as a backdrop.

This forest reserve has an area of about one hectare and is situated at an altitude of about 315 meters.
