Igreja do Salvador de Unhão

Of modest proportions, this temple has a single nave and rectangular chancel, highlighting the main portal, consisting of four arches of round arch decorated with vegetal and geometric motifs, frames an eardrum filled with the typical cross leaked the bracarense tradition. The gilt of the altarpieces that flank the triumphal arch and the main altarpiece arises during the 18th and 19th centuries. The Church of the Savior of Unhão reflects the importance and the scope of the settlement in the region during the 13th century, whose Foundation can date from the epigraph which records the dedication of the Temple in January 28, 1165.
