La Pasta Fresca
La Pasta Fresca é o primeiro pastificio artesanal, genuinamente italiano, em Lisboa, inaugurado por um casal de italianos, Stefania Raiola e Giuseppe Godono, que, além de proprietário, assume-se também como o chef de cozinha. Neste espaço produz-se artesanalmente pasta fresca (ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle, entre outros) para vender ao peso, conforme as mais antigas tradições italianas. La Pasta Fresca é também um restaurante que confecciona a pasta fresca de produção própria, seguindo as receitas originais de diferentes regiões italianas, tendo sempre um toque de inovação e criatividade. O restaurante conta ainda com uma carta de vinhos das melhores regiões vinícolas de Itália, como a Toscana, Sicília, Piemonte, Veneto, Puglia, entre outras.
