Mwana Pwo
Passar a porta do Mwana Pwo é cruzar, de forma quase instantânea, os mais de 5.770 km que separam Lisboa de Luanda. Sugere-se que a refeição comece com Paracuca ou ginguba torrada que é, na prática amendoim. Nos pratos principais, se possível acompanhado de uma Cuca, a cerveja “oficial” de Angola, prove o arroz da Ilha de Luanda, para duas pessoas, que consiste num arroz malandro de corvina fresca, camarão, amêijoas, pimentos e ervas. Há também o Calulu de peixe e Calulu de carne seca, servido com arroz ou funge, Cabidela à angolana e Moamba de galinha. A já famosa Cachupa da casa vem com milho, feijão, várias carnes e enchidos.
