The Salpoente restaurant was reborn in February 2013 and, today, it is strongly recommended. Is already a bet wins and goals defined by the new leadership are ambitious: "we want to be the best cod restaurant in Portugal". The kitchen leads the young chef Duarte Eira which, in 2011, was the big winner of the contest "“Revolta do Bacalhau”.
