Villa Tamariz Utopia
Com a chancela do Penha Longa Resort, o Villa Tamariz – Utopia está a dar os primeiros passos na agitada praia do Estoril. Literalmente, a dois passos do areal, o restaurante e bar, apresenta-se em duas formas distintas, consoante, a altura do dia. Assim, enquanto sol aquece a areia do Tamariz, o espaço na esplanada e na informalidade. Aqui, pode tomar o pequeno-almoço, petiscar ao longo do dia ou relaxar com um cocktail. Hambúrgueres, wraps e saladas completam a oferta. À noite, a sala ganha todo o glamour associado à história do Estoril e a carta aposta no arroz como denominador comum e divididos em quatro grandes grupos: Na Paella, Fidéua, No Tacho e No Prato, Cremosos e Voluptuosos. Existem dois menus de degustação (€35 e €55) e muitas opções tentadoras: Paella de arroz negro, com tamboril e amêijoas, Fidéua de marisco, Arroz no tacho de lavagante, de choco ou de ostras da Ria de Aveiro
