The restaurant degust'ar is inserted into the Hotel M'ar De AR Aqueduto, Evora. Chef António Nobre is known for his humility, wisdom with regard to herbs and passion for gastronomy. In this equation, we arrive at a result unquestioned: a kitchen of exception. The restaurant degust'ar is his home and the place where prepares dishes based on regional products, but that open new horizons in the Alentejo cuisine. The beautiful dining room with vaulted ceilings is elegantly decorated. Spacious tables, beautiful towels, glasses suitable and appropriate service to culinary excellence inspire refinement. Down the Hall is the wine cellar, boasting several labels, where the Alentejo have prominent place, but there's a little of all the country's NECTARS. To initiate and share, has the cheese of Évora buttery Gratin with olive oil and oregano and tame rabbit with gravy villain. If the preference goes to the fish, so the cod Lasagna or grouper stew with dried herbs Alentejo are the specialties. In meat, Sirloin Beef loaf with flour crust or the sirloin steak to Degust ´ air with homemade potato chips won't dececionar. But, like any great chef, changes the station and changes the letter. Just don't change the quality.
