Em Trás-os-Montes, a norte e a leste de Bragança, a gaita-de-foles é acompanhada de "bambo" e "caixa" e aparece nas grandes festas: Danças de Pauliteiros, Procissões, "Festas dos Rapazes", "Danças dos Velhos", como nas várias diversões. A Gaita-de-Foles, o Tamboril / Flauta (conjunto unitário) e o Pandeiro, são as formas instrumentais mais relevantes de Trás-os-Montes.

A Quinta da Cela tem uma produção média anual de 55 pipas de vinho verde. Adaptou o espaço dos antigos lagares e prensas em sala de provas, permitindo a 20 pessoas de cada vez a visita a este espaço museológico agrícola instalado no antigo alpendre e a poder observar equipamentos de outros tempos associados aos trabalhos agrícolas.
