Planed by the architect Tomás Taveira, this complex is characterized by the coloured façades and stands and has capacity for 30 thousand people. It has four giant screens so that no detail will escape the sharp eye of the supporter. It also has a building designated to several other spaces such as changing room, medical centre, anti-doping control room, heating area, four gymnasiums, Press area, living-room, bar, panoramic restaurant and other structures meant for the companies.
