Located around a hundred meters above sea level, just outside the parish of Capelo, this park, covering 96 hectares, is densely wooded and has a considerable diversity of endemic plants. In addition to enabling barbecues and picnics, it can be used for various physical maintenance activities.

Also known as Lagoa de Baixo, it has an elongated shape and connects with Lagoa da Barrinha via the so-called Vala da Cana. It is located in a wooded area with pine forests, stretching from the Quiaios dunes. There is a nearby beach and a forest with a picnic area.

This site separates the parishes of Vilar (Moimenta da Beira) and Fonte Arcada (Sernancelhe), and allows fishing, particularly trout. Parque Verde da Ponte is located next to Ribeira de Mortágua, being the perfect place for resting, socializing and leisure. Here the water, trees of different species and the green of the grassy spaces predominate. The surrounding area invites you to exercise. It has a picnic area and multipurpose playground.

This is a large garden, with leafy trees, a great spot to take a walk or practice sports such as football, jogging or riding a bicycle. This former rural farm has benches and tables, which are ideal for a picnic, as well as running tracks where you can go across 90 hectares of vegetation.

Located at Lipor's facilities in Baguim do Monte, this is an outdoor space promoting physical activity, healthy eating, respect for the environment and socializing. It has several services, such as a picnic area, a children's playground, an extreme park, a treetop circuit, a minigolf course, an ecological trail, among many others.

A space of great biodiversity where you can experience the waters of the Tagus while spotting birds such as the goldfinch, the blackbird, the partridge or other larger birds such as the heron, the kite or the stork. It has a picnic area, and you shouldn't leave Arneiro without passing by the community ovens and the remains of the castle.
