The emblematic Café Astória, part of the history of the city of Porto, became now Astoria's elegant Restaurant. Open to the city and with a breathtaking view of the Boulevard of the allies, the Chef proposes you a Portuguese cuisine with a contemporary twist, where the use of local products has a prominent position.

A rather elegant cafe and restaurant with a long history. It has panels by Graça Morais, named "The Lords of the Amazon". Open sinc 1933, the Guarany is a cafe, a tea house and a restaurant with an outstanding service. Some of its specialities: duck magrêt with Tawny Port and Guarany tenderloin.

This restaurant re-opened recently, after undergoing works supervised by IPPAR, since it is one of the few Art Nouveau building in downtown Lisbon. The tiles show its age and even though it is not really a milk shop anymore it still serves "queijadas de Sintra".

Nosolo Italia at Portimao was the first open house by the group in 1982, and marked the difference between Portuguese and passing tourists for Portimão. Its huge bowls of ice cream genuinely Italian early began to freshen up the days and warm evenings typical Algarvian summer.

Rustic and cosy space with a nice terrace, offering good regional dishes. The restaurant is 100 metres from the sea that inspires the kitchen work, though, for here, the boss is the grill. Also you can select the oven or frying. It is only open from March to September.

Auditorium opened in 2003, with a capacity of 443 people. The building is owned by Cooperative Cultural Beach, whose chairmanship is assumed by the City Council. It is a modern space that can receive various recreational and cultural events, offering a privileged view over the Bay of Praia da Vitória.

Located by the beach, it has an inteerior pateo and a terrace with a backup bar. In the summer the nights are rather lively with DJs, live music or karaoke. It serves breakfasts, lunches and dinners and remains open until 2 am in the winter and 3 am in the summer. It closes on Monday during the winter.

This building of the 1700s houses a centre of contemporary art and opened to the public in 1993.It has a documentation centre, the pátio gallery, a sculpture park and a botannycal garden plus an important drawings collection with the most well known Portuguese contemprary artists. It has collective, individual and themed exhibitions.

This library, open since 1992, is divided into several sections: adults/papers and magazines, infantile and juvenile, audiovisual, multimedia, local fund and an auditorium. It possesses 58 thousand works, of which 6000 audiovisuals, 400 papers and magazines and a local collection with about 10 thousand volumes.
