The parish of Gondar is crossed by two rivers that flow to the Tâmega river: Fornelo and Ovelha. With an exhibition area of about 400 m2, includes sacred art, pieces of black pottery and utensils and artifacts relating to professions and rural activities, intending to demonstrate, appealingly, the history of the region, in agricultural terms, ways of life and work techniques. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the museum promotes several activities and events linked to the agricultural calendar, as the grape harvest and the ground, as well as actions on traditional cuisine.
