18th century rectangular plant Solar, with two floors divided by a frieze and with homogeneous coverage in gable roof. It was built between the 17TH century and the 18TH century by the Marquis of Graciosa and alcaide-mor of Monsanto, Fernando Afonso de Melo Sampaio Pereira Geraldes. In the 20th century was acquired by the City Council which, after the restore, installed here the tourist office.
