A typical mezza consists of salad or Tabbouleh, Fattoush Hoummos, Kibbé, Moutabal, or Warak Enab (vine leaves), accompanied by a wide selection of kebabs. The mezzas can vary in styles and flavors depending on the restaurant and chef.
