The garden belongs to the Palace, with lawns and dense woods. There are belvederes, galleries and grottos. It may be visited from 10 am to 6 pm (8 pm in the summer).

This fair is a must-see for anyone visiting Mafra. Here they sell all sorts of products, from clothing and footwear, tools undergoing animals, furniture and antiques.

Panoramic location by exception, this Jo is only visitable followed by a pedestrian path. It is still possible to see the remains of dwellings and the walls, as well as enjoy a beautiful landscape.

Simple House of the year 1604, with a coat of five scallops in quotation mark in front. In one of the side façades there is a cross of the order of Malta. This is private property, no visitable.

This granit chapel is not open to public visits and is badly preserved. A special note to the main window and to a bell tower located to the right of the façade and accessed from the exterior.

A place where you can learn more about the salt production in the Aveiro region, here a salt navy works. Prior booking of the visit is mandatory.

18TH-century noble home with chapel. Currently is a unit of Turismo de Habitação, and therefore not subject to visit. Has a beautiful garden with ancient trees and towering.

A very rocky beach surrounded by cliffs of rare beauty, it's mainly visited by sport fishermen. There's a small tavern here serving traditional dishes at affordable prices.
