A village located on the foothills of the Gardunha and Estrela mountains and on the valley of the Cova da beira. It has some manors that are worth a look. It still has traditional activities, such as folkloric groups, philarmonia bands and drumming groups.

The Ramalde House was rebuilt in the XVIII century by Nasoni. This building is rectangular, with a central tower and an exterior staircase with two flights, maybe influenced by the primitive medieval construction. Inside, Nasoni gave it a neo-Gothic look.

A restaurant located in an ancient manor that now belongs to the Boega Inn, very good looking and with a kind service. The meal starts to the ringing of a bell and is served in the self-servic system, with only one dish on the menu.

The historic center of Arronches offers a worthwhile trip, where you can visit its centuries-old heritage.

Located at an high point, this is the place to visit the mother church and the chapels of Saint Tiago, Saint Bárbara and of the Lord of the Aflitos.
