Solar dos Marcos is housed in a 18TH century building, that belonged to Dom Manuel Martins Manso, Bishop of Guarda. On the facade, which bears the coat of arms of the Marcos family, are visible features of a noble House in the region of Trás-os-Montes. The Inn has, in its interior, a chapel and a garden-orchard.
